Whether you are one of our guests, or the captain and crew on a Stromma vessel, we hope that this Frequently-Asked-Questions (“FAQ”) page is useful if you encounter any issues using our interactive audio guide.

It’s important to note that the Stromma interactive audio guide requires the device to be connected to a mobile phone network. Since the interactive audio guide uses Global Positioning (“GPS”) to track your location during a Stromma tour, wi-fi alone will not do the trick. Therefore tablets without sim cards will not work.
